Dr. David Evans has been invited to speak in the business management section of the ESCRS (European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery) meeting in Paris. His 30 minute presentation (September 5th at 3:00 pm) will outline the key components that should be included in a premium refractive surgeon website and the best ways to market the practice website online. Surgeons and staff from the top LASIK eye surgery and premium cataract surgery practices in Europe are expected to be present during his presentation. Dr. Evans will also be providing an instructional course on contrast sensitivity, with co-instructors Prof Dan Reinstein and Dr. Gregory Pamel.

IntraCor Content Added to Refractive Surgery News

The IntraCor procedure uses a femtosecond laser to change the curvature of the inner layers of the cornea. The procedure is not yet approved in the US and initial tests in South America have shown promising results.
